I'm Marie Markland. I'm a proud wife and mother of two, with a heart for service and community. Guided by faith, family, love for all our four legged friends, and a strong work ethic, I approach every opportunity with purpose, compassion, and professionalism.

I am an Executive Broker and REALTOR dedicated to helping clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence and ease. I specialize in serving seniors, first time home buyers, and families by providing trusted guidance, strong negotiation skills, and a personalized approach throughout the buying and selling process.

Graduating from Arkansas State University, partnered with my long background in hospitality and passion for real estate has shaped my commitment to providing exceptional service and meaningful client relationships. I hold the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and Graduate REALTOR Leadership Academy (GRLA) designations, reflecting my dedication to continued education and professional excellence.

I am deeply committed to Northeast Arkansas and proudly give back through leadership roles. It's my privilege to serve as Vice President for the Northeast Arkansas Board of Realtors, Chair for the Northeast Arkansas Board of Realtors' YPN committee, Director for United Way of Northeast Arkansas, and President for Habitat for Humanity of Northeast Arkansas. As the 2025 REALTOR of the year, I strive to make a positive impact both in real estate and the community I call home.
